ROCO Brass Quintet Launches Series at Houston's Newest Performing Arts Center, The MATCH, Tonight

The celebrated ROCO Brass Quintet fittingly opens its first-ever series at Houston's newest (1 week old) performing arts center, The MATCH, tonight, October 9 at 7:30pm. Come on out and support an amazing performance by the ROCO Brass Quintet and be one of the first to experience the newest jewel in the crown of Houston's performing arts spaces.

TICKETS

The MATCH site is 3400 Main Street, between Main to the East and Travis to the West, Holman to the South and Francis to the North. MATCH is two blocks South of Elgin and three blocks north of Alabama.

METRO LIGHT RAIL

The Metro Light Rail makes a stop a half-block south of the MATCH at the Ensemble Theatre Station.

PARKING

These are the places to park when you visit the MATCH. Like most of Midtown, you will have to pay to park, but prices are reasonable.

HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE

HCC will have parking available in their parking garage two blocks North of MATCH on Elgin Street. The garage will open at 5:30 pm weekdays and 11:30 am on the weekends. Parking validations for the HCC garage must be purchased from the MATCH Box Office for $6 dollars. Validation tickets are used when exiting the garage so you must purchase validations at the Box Office day of your performance.

MID-MAIN

Mid-Main Development has two surface lots available. One is at the southeastern corner of Main and Holman, directly to the south of Trinity Church. The other can be found at the northeastern corner of Fannin and Windbern. Both lots will be open to the public after 5:30 PM, and have associated parking costs.

Closer to the MATCH will be the Mid-Main Garage directly south of the MATCH across Holman. This garage will be open to the public sometime in the fall of 2015.

STREET PARKING

There is also street parking available nearby (marked in yellow on map). Some of this is free and some is metered. Please be observant of all parking signage when choosing to park on the street.
