The Brevard Symphony Orchestra seeks wine and food enthusiasts for the organization's premier fundraiser of the year, "Symphony for the Palate." This annual event will be held at the Eau Gallie Yacht Club on Saturday, February 1, 2014, beginning at 6:00pm, and will help raise funds to assist the BSO's educational programs, community outreach projects and live performances.

A dazzling champagne reception kicks off a night of delectable fare, fine wines and exciting auctions. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a fabulous silent auction teeming with fine wines, baskets and more.

The evening will feature a decadent five course dinner with wine pairing, prepared by Chef Lance Cook and the culinary team of the Eau Gallie Yacht Club. Wines will be selected by Jay Pettigrew of Petty's Meat Market. Guests will then be treated to a thrilling live auction filled with high-end specialty wines, exciting trips, and jewelry.

The highlight of the live auction will be "JUBILEE," a painting commemorating the BSO's 60th Anniversary season. Painted by world-renowned artist Frits van Eeden, the painting is also the official cover art for the orchestra's 2013-2014 program book. Van Eeden also donated the artwork to be sold at auction to raise funds for the BSO.

Sponsorships begin at $250 and include admission into the event. All proceeds benefit the Brevard Symphony Orchestra.

To purchase your sponsorship, call (321) 242-2024 or buy online at www.brevardsymphony.com by Friday, January 24, 2014.
