An aspiring painter, Peter Bankston scratches out a pauper's living in San Francisco, wanting nothing more than to be left alone. Instead, he finds himself getting involved with not one but two very different men who come to form one very unlikely love triangle in "You Are Here" (published by iUniverse).

"I had moved to San Francisco in the mid-1990s on purpose to devote my life to writing fiction and found living on my own to be a lot scarier-and a lot more wonderful-than I had thought," Delyani explains. "I wanted to write a story that would capture all of that."

Though the book features three men in a love triangle, Delyani says that it doesn't matter: "love is love no matter what." Delyani hopes that readers will find "A sense that they've read a substantial story about characters they care about and would recognize in the real world."
