While living in the south of Spain and running a bar, author William Bengtsson was exposed to many intriguing stories, which together with the colorful characters he came across, influenced Bengtsson to write the "The Costa."

Positioned as an action filled book, "The Costa" by William Bengtsson contains more truth than residents of Costa del Sol would like to believe. The 200,000 foreign homeowners on the Spanish coast will be disillusioned by the truth in regards to large-scale criminal activity.

"My book is a fast passed, non-stop excitement thriller that unravels crime and corruption hiding underneath the disguise of luxury and wealth," Bengtsson said.

After a drunken driver tragically took his wife's life, Bric Carlson moved to the Costa del Sol. During his time there, he finds himself caught up in a power struggle between two criminal gangs involved in drug trade.

By reading "The Costa," individuals will find themselves captivated by the twisted plot and the violent and unexpected ending. This fiction novel will have tourists questioning their next trip to the coast of Spain.
