Victoria Royal was taught at a very young age about an all powerful, all knowing God. She was taught facts about who he was and about his laws (The Ten Commandments). She was taught to respect him but nobody could teach her how to love him. Now at the age of 67, she can look back and see how lonely it was for her when she turned her back on him.

"The King and His Drama Queen" (published by Xlibris) shares the story of her life and the mistakes she committed trying to live life without God. In this book, she has opened her life up, exposing her sins so that others may learn from her mistakes. She shows what pain can cause when one tries to do things his or her own way rather than to run to the Heavenly Father to lead into the right way.

"I think this book will appeal mostly to women because, if we are honest, we know we all have a tenancy to be a drama queen from time to time. In my case, I allowed myself to be weak and in that weakness, I lost myself. I seemed to strive on drama," says the author.

"The intent of this book is to show that there comes a time when we have to grow up and be honest with ourselves. We need to realize that we cannot blame all our mistakes on someone else. We cannot completely grow up unless we let God take control, so we can begin to live a life of truth. My hope is that readers will see there is real forgiveness and love from God when we confess our sins. He offers a future filled with hope and joy," Royal adds.
