SAN DIEGO, CA - StoryCloud, the leading high-fidelity content publishing platform, this week launched the digital edition of "Shoes First" an interactive advertising supplement based upon an exact replica of the Marie Claire printed edition of the magazine.

"StoryCloud's high-fidelity content publishing platform provides unprecedented content control and the ability to create new audiences and monetize on brand," said Ken Kalb, CEO and co-founder.

"Our partnership with StoryCloud was really about audience engagement, and adding a social platform and purchasing option to our Shoes First conversation," said Nancy Berger Cardone, VP, Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer. "We also loved the ability to track the metrics and action taken in live time. StoryCloud gave us another layer of experience to bring our editorial to life in new and fun ways."

After two years in development, and 11 pending patents, StoryCloud is launching a universal content publishing platform for documents, audio, video and all forms of media. Uniquely, the platform provides social influencers with a marketplace to monetize their audiences by promoting publisher content.

"At Marie Claire we can take a PDF file for example, and make it completely interactive with dynamic links to advertisers, social influencers, even video," said Ken Kalb. "All the magic happens within a browser, no app download is required for a delightful experience on mobile, tablet or desktop."
