One of the greatest mysteries is the possibility of extraterrestrial life, according to livescience.com. This mystery has inspired the creative mind of author Stephen Hannah to write a novel about entities dwelling beyond the Earth's confines. In his futuristic fiction, "ATTACK" takes readers to the year 2200 to experience a world vulnerable to aliens.

Set on the moon base, Atlantis, "ATTACK" tells the story of the earth being under attack by asteroids on a collision course with Earth. Unfortunately, there were at least ten asteroids, each spaced about six months apart. These asteroids were manned by aliens and armed with missiles to protect them.

Earth had not developed any new space ships in over 200 years due to budget cuts. Moreover, politicians did not think there was any need for a defense against aliens so they appropriated the space budget for their social projects. All they had was a small fleet of shuttle to combat a very technologically advanced enemy.

Hannah's debut into the literary world, "ATTACK" takes readers to the future to witness people's spirit of collaboration as they do their part to help solve a world problem. It further displays one man's remarkable strength and determination as he leads his team to fight the enemy despite the absence of government support.

Filled with surprises, twists and turns, "ATTACK" explores the unimaginable and exposes readers to an entirely new era, at the height of a highly-destructive alien invasion.
