MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), or the "Company," a video, mobile, and computer games publisher, today announced "Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day," a holiday-themed interactive storybook, which will be published under its Soul and Vibe Books label.

Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day (also known as Johnny Tractor Snow Day) is a John Deere-branded digital storybook. It will be available in December 2015 on Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, on Google Play for Android devices, and on Amazon for Kindle Fire devices.

On November 24, 2015, the Company announced that, starting in December 2015 and continuing through 2016, TOMY's line of John Deere-branded "Johnny Tractor and Friends" toys will feature, within the packaging, a two-sided pack-in poster. Soul and Vibe's "Johnny Tractor and Friends" series of interactive storybooks is highlighted on one side of the poster, and a robust selection from TOMY's diverse line of "Johnny Tractor and Friends" toys is highlighted on the other. In addition, each of the Company's "Johnny Tractor and Friends" interactive storybooks cross-promotes TOMY's toys via a color full-screen image that appears at the end of each e-book.

Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day is an endearing holiday-themed interactive storybook that teaches emerging readers the importance of teamwork and friendship. As the snow falls gently onto Deerfield Valley, Johnny Tractor and his construction buddies, Danny Dozer, Grady Grader, Barney Backhoe, and Eddie Excavator, get the town square ready for a big holiday celebration! Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day is a fully narrated storybook; young readers can read along with the narrator, or independently. The independent reading mode is designed to instill reading confidence. Holiday magic comes to life through a wide variety of interactive content and activities as each page of the storybook is explored via fingertips. A unique Holiday Camera mode enables readers to create their own holiday greeting cards for family and friends. The robust Puzzle Time mode teaches readers about tractors and construction vehicles. Well suited for preschoolers and young readers, Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day promotes early and emergent literacy, helps increase reading comprehension, and introduces the concept of cause and effect relationships.

Johnny Tractor and Friends: Snow Day is the second interactive storybook and John Deere licensed-brand product to be published by Soul and Vibe under its Soul and Vibe Books label.
