Senator Elizabeth Warren returns to Strand to celebrate the paperback launch of bestseller A Fighting Chance on April 9 from 2-3PM.

A book heralded as "moving" by the Washington Post and "a potent mix of policy and memoir" by the New York Times, A Fighting Chance features arguments written by the senator the New York Review of Books says "demand to be taken seriously." In honor of its paperback release, Senator Warren will be in the Rare Book Room for a special, free-to-attend afternoon talk about the book. Don't miss this opportunity to hear from the senator herself!

Signed paperback copies of A Fighting Chance will be available for sale at the event. Due to time constraints, Senator Warren unfortunately won't be able to personalize, or stop to sign additional material.

The event is free to attend and will be located in the Strand's 3rd floor Rare Book Room at our store at 828 Broadway at 12th Street. Signed copies of A Fighting Chance will be on sale at the event.
