DC Entertainment is pleased to announce that on Friday, THE NEW YORK TIMES published their Graphic Books Best Sellers Lists, and debuting at #1 on the Hardcover list was SUPERMAN: EARTH ONE, VOL. 2.

The highly anticipated sequel to the #1 New York Times best-selling graphic novel SUPERMAN: EARTH ONE, this new original graphic novel reunites acclaimed writer J. Michael Straczynski (BEFORE WATCHMEN, BRAVE AND THE BOLD, BABYLON 5) and superstar artist Shane Davis (GREEN LANTERN, SUPERMAN/BATMAN).

In SUPERMAN: EARTH ONE, VOL. 2, a young Clark Kent, while slightly more settled in Metropolis from when we last left him, is still struggling to find his footing both as a reporter and as his superhero alter-ego, Superman. When a powerful new villain threatens Metropolis and drains him of all his powers, Superman will learn for the first time what it means to be vulnerable -- in other words, what it means to be truly human.
