From the book: Starlette & Saint ~ A Memoir on Dualism

Page 54 | Lyric excerpt from the song "10,000 Suns":

"This celebration, this triumphant return

The Pride of our Nation asks something that we learn

To see our warriors are healing...

May joy and peace be all they're ever feeling

Pray forgiveness to its depth of magnitude

We owe the most profound debt of gratitude"

A note from the author: Each time I heard news of our soldiers returning home devastated, injured and neglected, the grief I felt was overwhelming. I searched to find something I could offer.

This song was written in appreciation to those who have served in all U.S. wars. It is my own call to action and impetus to extend great love and support to our vets.
