"Resident Foodie" David Venable Releases Newest Cookbook

WEST CHESTER, Pa., July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ QVC's best-selling cookbook author and "Resident Foodie" David Venable is back with even more mouthwatering and memorable recipes in his second cookbook Back Around the Table: An "In the Kitchen with David" Cookbook from QVC's Resident Foodie. The new cookbook, which follows his 2012 best-seller, is scheduled to launch Sunday, July 6, 2014 at noon (ET) during QVC's most popular cooking show "In the Kitchen with David," which Venable hosts twice weekly. Venable's foodies and fans will be able to order the cookbook during an exclusive three-month pre-sale. The book will be published on October 7, 2014.

Venable's highly anticipated second cookbook from Ballantine Books, Back Around the Table: An "In the Kitchen with David" Cookbook from QVC's Resident Foodie will feature more than 100 brand-new recipes, as well as 30 fan favorites. This all-purpose cookbook, which is arranged like a collection of "mini" comfort-themed books including chapters, such as "Mix and Mingle," "Quick and Easy" and "Gather and Share," will highlight Venable's inventive spin on traditional comfort food favorites with tantalizing photographs, helpful sidebars and amusing personal anecdotes. America's adored Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, a frequent guest on "In the Kitchen with David," offers a foreword to this robust volume. QVC will feature a special edition of the cookbook, which will contain the bonus chapter "Comfort & Joy" with 10 additional holiday-themed recipes.
