Phillip Bryant, a learned man of God and the Holy Bible, has completed his new book "The Deacons Must Get Paid": a gripping and potent exposition of Christian theology and the structure of the church.

The last of eight children, six sisters and one brother; Phillip Bryant got a job at fourteen years old, baptized, and became a man-all these at fourteen. He served in the US Army, was a Drill-Sergeant, and Vietnam veteran, discharged June 1969. Bryant opened up an upholstery shop from 1970 and a furniture store. Got into the floor covering, carpet, tile, and vinyl, and have work for self for over forty years. Took a wife at twenty, one son, and now a grandson. Went back to college at sixty-seven years old, trying to get a first degree. In the Spring of 2016, he received his BA degree in Speech Communication from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, at the age of seventy. A student of the Holy Bible, went into the ministry at fifty-nine, has a spiritual gift to teach.

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Phillip Bryant's engrossing work examines the lessons in New Testament and applies them to the contemporary problems faced in the church. It provides a thought-provoking framework for improvement on both the personal and societal levels.

He read and studied the Holy Bible, and he used to think that other ministers and deacons did the same thing, read and study. He has found that people, the ones in the Christian faith, go on and live on what they hear others say. Their whole belief system is based on what somebody else says.

There are some that read the Holy Bible and cannot get an understanding of what they are reading. Some read just to prove a point and some just to point a finger. Everything that people need to live by is in the Holy Bible. It gives exact meaning on how we are to live. When there is not an exact meaning, there is always an example to follow. Too many of the pastors do not know where to start to teach the people.

Readers who wish to experience this enlightening work can purchase"The Deacons Must Get Paid" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
