Pati Adams has been a speaker and former executive, and a center and client service director for crisis pregnancy centers for over 15 years. Adams has counseled many women through post-abortion recovery programs and has told her story to TV and radio stations and to senators fighting for these serious issues.

In her new book, "From the House by the Seashore" (published by WestBow Press), Adams discusses her past life choices with abortion and addiction and how she found change through God. Adams helps readers learn from their past mistakes and use their experiences to help others as well.

"If I can help women with their past abortion to find healing and restoration that only Christ can give, this book would be worth it," Adams says.

Adams guides readers through her life of mistakes and struggles and how she found her passion for helping other women in a crisis. Through God, Adams found a new beginning for herself and her family.

"I realized this is what God has called me to do for the rest of my life," Adams says. "To help educate people on the aftermath of abortion, to help them find a post abortion recovery program or if they are in a crisis pregnancy, and to help find a crisis pregnancy center."
