GREEN BAY, Wis.

A small town's dirty little secrets come to light when a senior woman vows to share what she knows in J. Dobson's new novel, "Story Time Behind the Doors" (published by iUniverse).

Set in a small Wisconsin town's nursing home, "Story Time Behind the Doors" centers on an unnamed grey-haired woman who is determined to expose the misdeeds of her small town community.

As the suspenseful story unfolds, the woman finds that a battle between good and evil is going on right in her town. Featuring elements of suspense and time travel, "Story Time Behind the Doors" offers plenty of mystery and intrigue.

Dobson worked as a geriatric nurse in a nursing home for 20 years, where she found her inspiration for "Story Time Behind the Doors." Through her book, she hopes to show readers that living in a nursing home is not an end, only another beginning.

An excerpt from "Story Time Behind the Doors":

"The stories I'm trying to write are muddled without substance. Pedestrian. The words I have written have no color. The pages have taken on the flavor of old-lady rambling. And since all my friends are old ladies who ramble, I can't stand that my sacred words have taken on such a judgmental tone."
