Authors David Feinstein Ph.D., Stanley Krippner, Ph.D. and Carlos Adrián Hernández Tavares incorporate ancient myths, legends, and fables that are still being acted out in modern life and society to guide readers into living a life filled with happiness, meaning and fulfillment. Published in 2012 and written in Spanish, "MITOLOGIA PERSONAL" (published by AuthorHouse) launches a new marketing campaign.

In this book, the authors use the experience gained in workshops to outline a comprehensive and accessible guide for an endless journey of self-discovery. They emphasize that the road starts in the past, in the mythical roots planted by their ancestors and this quest is brought into the present, allowing readers to look at the roles that historians play in their daily lives. It also explores the consequences of their formed decisions and the influence they have on their relationships. The authors invite readers to explore their inner universe through a challenging journey within their mythic depths, entering into dialogue with the inner wisdom.

"We define myths as statements or stories about important human issues. Personal myths impact people's decisions and behaviors," the authors say. "Identifying and changing destructive personal myths can change their destructive behavior."

A refreshing and insightful read, "MITOLOGIA PERSONAL" gives readers a helping hand they can use with their minds, hearts and spirits to influence their time and space as they traverse the exciting odyssey toward a better future.
