Dr. Tamara Justus, a scientist and natural therapist, conducted a guided meditation to help her daughter relax and feel happier. After seeing her improvement, Dr. Justus released a new book to empower other children to release their emotional pain and discover the joy they have inside.

In her new book "Journey with the Rainbow Dolphins," Dr. Justus simplifies a combination of healing techniques to teach children to love unconditionally, express their feelings, be confident and courageous and ultimately understand their inner qualities.

"The turmoil we see in the world today is a reflection of our own inner turmoil," Dr. Justus said. "If we can help our children grow up as happy, balanced and loving adults, our world will become a much better place. Children are the future of our planet, so what we teach them is important."

"Journey with the Rainbow Dolphins" is a fun, supportive tool that can be tailored to children's specific needs. Justus combines color therapy and the chakras, journey therapy and dolphins' healing power to teach children to connect with their inner selves and focus on positive attributes.

Part of the proceeds from book sales will be going to Dolphin Research Australia.
