New Book on Testing is Released

Principal Consultant at Mountain Measurement, Inc., Brian Bontempo, Ph.D. along with Ellen R. Julian, Ph.D. co-authored a chapter on Communication with Candidates and Other Stakeholders. Chapter authors were selected by the Volume Editor along with the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) Editorial Board. All titles in the series are published by Routledge.
