"Where can I find a coherent, concise guide to planning and implementing change, with practical tools that I can use, and a focus on results?"

The Changemaking Checklists by Richard Bevan provides an answer to this manager's question. Published on January 12, 2015 by ChangeStart Press, the book is a toolkit for organizational change. It complements and extends the practical and resource-rich content of Changemaking, Bevan's first book. Organized around the key factors in effective change, the new book emphasizes execution and results. It provides tested and useable tools, checklists, templates, talking points and other resources. Each section of the book focuses on one of the elements of a powerful framework for managing change. And each section also includes a list of the major pitfalls typically encountered in that area, together with tactics for dealing with them.

Available in print and Kindle formats at Amazon and other booksellers, The Changemaking Checklists was cited by Kirkus Reviews as "[a] coherent, concise look at the elements that go into new business initiatives" and "a worthwhile addition to a manager's bookshelf." Jim Shaffer, Leader of The Jim Shaffer Group, described it as "[an] outstanding compilation that fits beautifully in the lean standard work and checklist mindsets." Brian Grant, Chairman of MCN, noted that the book offers " . . . indispensable ideas, tools, and guidance on the human side of change - including what not to do."
