NBC Ratings: DATELINE Matches Its Season High in 18-49

"Dateline NBC" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 1.5 in adults 25-54, 5.3 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET):

Equals its season high in 18-49 and establishes new season highs in adults 25-54 and total viewers.

Matches the show's highest rating since Sept. 9 in 18-49 (1.2) and scores its top results since that same date in 25-54 (1.8) and total viewers (6.5 million).

Maintains +100% week to week in adults 18-49 (1.0 vs. 1.0) and grows +7% in adults 25-54 (1.5 vs. 1.4) and +9% in total viewers (5.319 million vs. 4.889 million).

In the two-hour time period from 9-11 p.m., ranks for #2 among the Big 4 in adults 25-54 and total viewers.

For its second hour from 10-11 p.m., ties for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 (1.1) and ranks #2 in adults 25-54 (1.6) and total viewers (5.648 million).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - so far this season, Friday's "Dateline NBC" is increasing by +30% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.18) and more than 1.0 million viewers overall (4.5 million to 5.6 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

Upscale: "Dateline" is generating a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 112 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

"Caught on Camera With Nick Cannon" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

Increases +17% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.6) and +9% in total viewers (3.351 million vs. 3.062 million).

Equals the show's highest 18-49 rating since Feb. 19 (0.8).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.1/5 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.5/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2, with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.3/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
