Mike Dean Releases New Military Memoir, SEND ME

Author Mike Dean shares his personal memories and life lessons from his impressive military career that reaches across three branches of the U.S. military in, "Send Me: A Soldier's Story, The Story of Chief Warrant Officer Three Mike Dean USA (RET), Former Member of the Activity-America's Most Secret Special Operations Team" (published by iUniverse).

"I desired to pass on my military experiences in addition to helping other vets and the Wish for Our Heroes foundation," says Dean, whose military career spans over 34 years.

"Send Me: A Soldier's Story" is a true inspiring story and a testament to the resilience of humanity. As a high school drop-out, Dean thought his options in life were limited until he joined the U.S. Marines. He later transferred to the U.S. Navy and served aboard the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy. Finally, he moved to the U.S. Army and became a warrant officer during Operation: Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After the operation, Dean's career took an interesting turn, one he had never expected. He became involved in the Activity -the Special Operations Team.

Dean's story takes readers all over the world, entertaining them and teaching them history lessons about the various locations. He hopes his story will be an inspiration to all and encourage others to write their stories.

Dean has a bachelor's degree in business and a master's certificate in government contracting.
