Like everyone else, author Luciana Craita is fascinated with stories about vampires and werewolves. She tries to understand how much of it is fiction and how much is real. After doing a lot of reading and research, she realized that there is more than fantasy to these mythological beings. With the help of her visions and non-stop research regarding the long lost history of her country, her high intuitive sense brought her to the "writing table" with her first science fiction novel.

"Luca The Werewolf Daughter" (published by Xlibris AU) tells the story of a woman in the world of the real werewolves of Romania. It follows the character of Luca, a reincarnation of a great woman that lived in Romania approximately 2,500 years ago. She is a first-born from human and a shape-shifter. She is in love with Prince Mori. But the one that wanted Prince Mori the most is Reea, the daughter of the king.

Reea is beautiful, but her heart is so dark. She found out about the love Prince Mori had for Luca. Her sadness turned into fury, and the fury turned into madness. Luca is the first powerful new species on earth, and Mori is the only one compatible with her. This is the reason the two must be saved and keep their love a secret. Many are searching for them but will they catch both?

"My story brings a new element about the werewolves," says Craita. "Luca The Werewolf Daughter" is an action-filled read filled with courage, love and surprising turn of events. It sheds light on the author's ancestors and the true origins of the werewolves in Romania.
