At just 8 years old, Lea Michele made her Broadway debut as "Young Cosette" in "LES MISERABLES." Since then, Michele has shared the stage with Broadway greats Audra McDonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell in "Ragtime" as well as Alfred Molina and the 20th anniversary cast of "Fiddler on the Roof." Her most recent performance on stage was in the role of "Wendla" for the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of "Spring Awakening," which also garnered her a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Musical.

This March, Michele's highly anticipated album Louder debuted at #1 on itunes and in the top 5 on Billboard charts. Michele steps into her career as a solo artist with a vocally-driven record-exploring the breadth of her beloved pop voice. In this album, an emotionally charged singer breaks free as she shares her journey up to this point with the world. Offering a raw and intimate look into her perspective on love, loss, and life-LOUDER is built to move and inspire you to keep pushing forward.

Michele can currently be seen in the 5th season of Ryan Murphy's critically acclaimed, Golden Globe and SAG award winning show "Glee", as perfectionist firecracker Rachel Berry, who is convinced that show choir is her ticket to stardom. In 2010, Michele was honored with both an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series" and a Golden Globe nomination for "Best Television Actress - Comedy and won a SAG Award for "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series." In 2011, she received her second Golden Globe and SAG Award nominations for "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series" and "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series." In 2012 and 2013, Michele received a SAG Award nomination for "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series," and won a Teen Choice Award for "Choice TV Actress: Comedy." In 2013, she also won a People's Choice Award for "Best TV Comedic Actress."

This May, Michele lent her vocal talents to the animated 3D musical "Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return." Playing the lead role of Dorothy, she performs several original numbers written by Bryan Adams. Michele made her feature film debut in 2011 in Gary Marshall's "New Year's Eve" opposite Ashton Kutcher.

She will also release her first book, Brunette Ambition where she shares her experiences and insider tips on beauty, fashion, inner strength and more. The book is part memoir, part how-to and part style guide.
