According to reports, a lawyer has been fined 1,000 pounds ($1,650) for blowing JK Rowling's cover when she wrote 'The Cookoo's Calling' under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith. She also received a written warning from a British legal watchdog.

Chris Gossage of Russells Solicitors, told the secret to his wife's best friend, when tweeted Galbraith's identity to a journalist.

Rowling accepted an apology from the law firm in addition to the legal sanctions bestowed on them.
