Lance Figgins Pens TIME PASSES ON

Lance Figgins has completed his new book "Time Passes On": a deep and thoughtful collection of the perspective of life and love from someone who has spent a life time on the road.

Lance has been in the trucking industry his whole life. He started riding with his father in the summers as a young boy. His parents eventually opened up a trucking company called Figgins Transport. He drove long and short hauls and also dispatched and helped manage the company for 30 years. When his parents retired, Lance decided to purchase his own truck and drive full time. His wife left him and he began to write down his feelings and thoughts. He soon discovered he had a talent because his friends were telling him the writing wasn't just his feelings; they were poetic and enjoyable to read. He then started to look for a publisher. His first book was released in August of 2015. Lance and girlfriend (his truck) are still on the road today. Lance enjoys writing, he continues to find depth and sincerity in love, treasures, trucking, hunting and drag racing. His daily life is looking through a windshield. His observations give clarity of emotion and serenity in the words he writes.

Lance hopes that "...everyone will enjoy the simplicity of life, love, and laughter".
