Jocelyn Hefner made a decision that would forever change the course of her life. Putting aside her own dreams and ambitions, she followed her husband, professional golfer Paul Casey, and savored the life of a professional athlete's wife. Six-thousand dollar dresses and private jets became her world. However, when her husband told her it was all over, Hefner was shaken to her core and struggled to find herself beyond the glamorous life she once knew.

In "Lost on the PGA and European Tours: A Memoir" (published by Archway Publishing), Hefner shares her story of self-discovery and healing on her path to recovery. "The Tours were my classroom," she explains. "Every person was my teacher with relationships being my master teacher. The moments that made me feel alone, out of control and eventually at peace, inspired me to want to pass on what I learned with others."

When she was finally able to admit that she lost her way and needed help, she found a mentor who helped her rebuild and find the courage to trust her inner voice. Once feeling out of control, Hefner came to find peace despite the devastation.

By opening up and sharing her personal story, she hopes that her readers will come to see that "They are not alone and healing is possible, but it doesn't just happen. It is a co-creative process."
