"Are You Kidding Me?" is about being diagnosed with breast cancer and all the wonderful games author Lucy Morrison got to play. It starts out with the mammogram and further testing and continues with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. She was fortunate to have a less-invasive type of cancer and did not need the kind of chemotherapy that makes her hair fall out, but she still had problems.

Lucy is a nurse, but she was unaware of most of the processes involved in the treatment of breast cancer. She did learn a lot about diagnosis, testing, and prognosis of different types of breast cancer. She also learned a lot about being the patient and how easy it is to get lost in the shuffle. The treatment has become routine for some of the caregivers, and it is easy to get treated like a disease and not a person. She wanted to share her experience to hopefully help others be able to fight for and demand the best treatment for themselves.

"Are You Kidding Me?" is a road map of breast cancer treatment. It shows how everything is affected by the treatment and the choices people make in order to survive. This book will be helpful for people to see how different treatment can affect lives and the people around them. It also reveals that doctors are sometimes not honest and do not always have the patients best interest at heart. The doctors like to treat, that is their job and they cannot always see that the best actions are sometimes no action.
