Author Bio: Harry E. Gilleland, Jr. is 70 years old and a southerner by birth and by inclination. Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, he now resides in Shreveport, Louisiana with his beloved wife, Linda. Harry retired in 2004 from a career as a Professor of Microbiology at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and now devotes himself full-time to his writing.
