Haitian Cuisine Featured in C'EST SI BON!

In line with their mission, the foundation has recently released "C'est Si Bon!: Haitian Cuisine Cookbook" (published by Xlibris), a collection of recipes that capture the diverse culinary culture of the region. The proceeds from the book will go to funding programs dedicated to assisting orphans and vulnerable children in the organization's care.

Haitian cuisine is unique among Caribbean nations and its primary influences include French Creole and African cuisine along with native Taíno and Spanish culinary techniques.
