Tim Elmore's landmark book, Generation iY: Our Last Chance to Save Their Future, has been deemed the one book every parent, teacher, coach, and youth worker should read, painting a sobering picture of what could happen to our society if we don't change the way we lead today's youth. Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization focused on equipping today's young people to become the leaders of tomorrow, is relaunching Generation iY with enhancements to equip Generation iY to lead us into the future.

Growing Leaders is releasing exclusive new resources to accompany the book, including a digital chapter that provides insight to help adults see issues "through the eyes of an iY" and bring out the best in today's students, a video session with Growing Leaders President Tim Elmore on the latest trends and studies of Generation iY, a live Q&A session via Twitter with Tim, and a one-time 33 percent discount on the book during April.

"I believe these kids can and will change the world. However, they will do so more effectively if we figure out how to connect with them and guide them into the future," says Elmore. "My wish is that Generation iY will continue to serve as a resource for parents who want to positively guide and grow their children while helping shape them into leaders."

Tim will be addressing popular book themes, such as correcting crippling parenting styles, during a live Q&A Twitter session on April 22 at 5 p.m. EST. Use #iYChat to join in the discussion and have parenting questions answered directly by Tim.
