Everyone has a dream to become something big, to really reach for the stars. In Clint's case it has always been to become an Entrepreneur. Currently Clint is taking on his dreams while still enlisted in the U.S. Navy. His question for society is why do so many people settle for mediocrity and give up on their dreams? What was your big dream? If you haven't achieved it yet, what are you doing to make it come true?

Many people excuse themselves for not achieving their dreams because they think it is mostly up to luck. If you ask any successful person, they would all agree, that is not the case. Achieving your dreams takes hard work and dedication. Life will throw curve balls and when they come, you have to have the dedication to continue on. No one gets away with a problem free life. People who achieve their dreams are strong willed. When life gets them down they push forward and that is what Clint wants to teach to the next generation of kids.

Clint recounts one of his struggles he had a few months ago while starting a clothing company. "I started a clothing company and I put all my efforts into it. I am enlisted in the U.S. Navy, so first I have to fulfill my responsibilities with them. My second priority is to shoot for my dreams and start a successful business. All of my spare time was spent coming up with designs, working deals with my screen printer and setting up websites and Facebook pages. At one point I remember throwing my phone against the wall and just laying on the floor wondering what I had to do to succeed. That day was particularly bad. My registration for my car was overdue and I had no money to pay it, because I was spending all of my own money on my company. I had to run 5 miles to work at 0430 in the morning while my car was unregistered. That day when I got to work, I found out that my keys and work phone somehow slipped out of my backpack along the 5 mile trek. I am the lead technician for GI procedures and it turns out that there were several emergent procedures that day. My Captain ripped into me for not answering the phone. At the end of the 12 hour day I tirelessly searched for the lost items. but they were no where to be found. The phone required counseling paperwork which would reflect very badly on myself. the keys ended up being a grand total of $350 to replace. To add to the situation the keys could not be made until I paid for my registration and waited the month it takes for the DMV to send it from Texas to California. I only recently bounced back from that obstacle. The point is you don't give up on a dream. You fight and even when times get rough you think back on previous obstacles and remember that no matter what you will get through it. If you stick to the plan eventually you will achieve your dreams.'

Achieving your dreams is not up to fate, it take consistent action. It's a battle of will power more then anything. If you don't understand that, you will assume that you are not lucky enough or even worse, not good enough. This is not true and that is what the next generation of kids must understand. "Men of action are favored by the goddess of good luck." -The Richest Man in Babylon

Clint is looking for individuals who can join the fight to achieve their dreams. Step one is to teach kids that they can achieve their dreams, if they take action. He teaches this through his new children's book, The Heroics of a Sheep Dog.

Woolace Lambcaster is the only black sheep in the Lambcaster heard and his goal is to become a sheep dog. Sheep dogs are strong, loyal protectors of the heard. The rest of the Lambcaster heard only sees him as a fluffy little odd ball with too much imagination. When he is placed in a risky situation; he has to decide whether he is going to shrink down and be the fluffy little odd ball, or if he is going to stand for his dreams and take on the role of a sheep dog.

$6,500 is being raised to finish Illustrations, pay for the costs to get it professionally printed, and be sent to book stores, on consignment, across the nation. The crowd funding website Kickstarter.com is being used to reach his goal of $6,500. Kickstarter is a sight that allows you to post projects that are unable to be completed without funding help. It allows others to see what the project is about and donate any amount they see fit. Each project has rewards according to the amount donated. The Kickstarter for The Heroics of a Sheep Dog has options from signed books, all the way to being illustrated as a character in the book. The funding sight requires that you set a time limit. If it is not fully funded in the 30 days allotted those who donate are not charged and the project is as if it was never posted. Donations to The Heroics of a Sheep Dog and Clint's mission to teach kids what it takes to succeed in their dreams will not be open forever, so it is important to donate to the cause now.

Go to Kickstarter.com now and type "The Heroics of a Sheep Dog" in the search bar. Teach the next generation to achieve their dreams instead of settling for mediocrity. Donate generously to ensure the project is funded before the 30 day limit elapses.
