Emma Connor, a wife, mother, and grandmother, has completed her first book "Emily": an uplifting children's story about the love of a father for his daughter.

When asked about her inspiration for the book, Connor said "The Bible, New Testament. I read the bible most every day and I read it through every year. While reading, the message that Jesus seemed to be saying the whole time was how he loved us, his children. He is our heavenly father and wants to give us only good things. One day he will be our King. So I just put it all together. Not all fathers are loving, protective or caring and most kings take from their subjects. I wanted to write about a father and a king that could be everything we needed. Our King Jesus."

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Emma Connor's poignant tale is both heartwarming and fun. This jovial story will touch the hearts of its readers, who will be reminded of the love that God has for each of his children.

"Emily" is a book about a little princess that has a few adventures with her puppy, Sammy. Her hero is her father, the king. He is always there to protect her and care for her every need. Her father is not the usual king you would find in other stories. As they read this book, readers might find another father a lot like Emily's.

Readers who wish to experience this inspiring work can purchase"Emily" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
