Ellen Grasso, a writer and author, has completed her new book "Lunch Break": a gripping and potent story of four unsuspectedly nefarious individuals who take an entire town by storm in effort to fill their pockets.

Ellen Grasso has just joined the publishing world with her first novel "Lunch Break." She currently resides in a small town north of Boston with her two dogs and three cats. She has just begun work on her second novel "Percentage."

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Ellen Grasso's absorbing tale is a unique and inventive crime thriller novel. Grasso deftly weaves together a riveting story of four crime-bound companions in their greed for money.

In the small town of Foxchester, four employees at the billing office for St. Francis Medical center use their lunch break for more than eating. Targeting a different local business each week, Dean, Bunny, Helga and Lori supplemented their income by robbing the place. For nearly six months, they managed to evade capture by local law enforcement.

Eleanor Birtolo, also a medical biller for St. Francis, becomes the advocate for the elderly in her town of Walwood. When she puts together a fund raiser to build a senior center, the potential for a cash windfall is astronomical. The event is held in the lot of the St. Francis billing office. Money raised for the event would be stored in the office manager's safe until Monday morning.

Dean, Bunny Helga and Lori believe this will be their easiest heist to date. Will they be able to succeed? Or will things take a turn for the worst? One thing is certain: A lunch break at the St. Francis billing office will never be the same.

Readers who wish to experience this gripping work can purchase "Lunch Break" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
