In his first published book, "Jacky" (published by Trafford Publishing), Edward Iversen takes readers into the lives of four people as they go about serving whomever needs help.

Jacky, a beautiful red head, is an ex commando sergeant and the leader of this group of heros. Arch is a lover who does not mind a fight. Eric is a wiz when it comes to strategies and electronics. And, lastly, Doc is a three-star admiral and captain of the 89 footschooner, which is their base of operations.

Readers follow these four great heroes as they are on the trail of five World War II traitors who they do capture after uncovering a mystery that had once been lost during World War II. They are later sent on a mission to try and stop the IRA from kidnapping the daughters of Parliament members.

"There is never a slow moment," says Iversen. "'Jacky' will have readers' attention until the very end."

An excerpt from "Jacky":

"Jacky, I am a Princess. I was born into it, but you did it yourself. I can honestly say that you are the only person that I was ever jealous of, but I do have a job to do and you have given me the inspiration to do my job as well as I can. Jacky, you are one fantastic person; it's nice that you just happen to be English."
