The saying goes that the only things certain in life are death and taxes. However, as we grow, and move through the different stages of life, there is another certainty: change. According to Dr. Richard B. Liposky it is how we handle change that is the ultimate key to success.

The lesson in Dr. Liposky's book is simple, but powerful. How we react to the changes in our lives determines our eventual successes or failures. Resistance leads to mediocrity and failure. Embracing change leads to growth, innovation and success.

"All businesses succeed or fail. A successful businessman may fail, but what makes him successful is that he never quits. He learns from every experience. He grows through failures on his way to success," Dr. Liposky said. "All the lights on our journey toward success are constantly changing."

Throughout the book, Dr. Liposky brings readers on his life journey through 65 years of business successes and failures, sharing with readers the secrets to success he has learned along the way through his skillful blending of genres that will leave readers wanting more. All the while, Dr. Liposky instills in his readers: it is not what you know...it is how you learned it.
