Daniel Radcliffe Signs On for Psychological Thriller JUNGLE

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daniel Radlcliffe has signed on to Greg Mclean's psychological thriller JUNGLE, based on Yossi Ghinsberg's memoir about his dangerous and sometimes deadly expedition into the Amazon.

Commented Gary Hamilton, managing director of Arclight Films, "We're extremely excited about Daniel Radcliffe joining the cast of Jungle. He has an enthusiastic global fan-base, a wide range as an actor as evident by his diversity of roles and is known for picking out unique and interesting projects."

The actor's recent films include VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN, THE WOMAN IN BLACK, KILL YOUR DARLINGS, HORNS, WHAT IF and TRAINWRECK. His upcoming projects include SWISS ARMY MAN, BROOKLYN BRIDGE, YOUNG AMERICANS and NOW YOU SEE ME: THE SECOND ACT, as well as the TV movie GAME CHANGER.

Radcliffe rose to international fame starring as the title character in HARRY POTTER, the highest grossing film series of all time. The actor recently appeared on the Great White Way in THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN and Broadway's recent revival of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING. Radcliffe also starred in EQUUS in 2008.
