Inspired by the worldwide wave of terror attacks, the lack of preparedness of ordinary citizens and the failure of governments to provide required protection and safeguards, author Lenzy Kelley decided to use his trainings and experiences in educating readers how to properly "Combat Terrorism - Foreign and Domestic" (published by AuthorHouse).

As terrorism has been and is still a worldwide phenomenon since the days of old, it is very important to be armed with the necessary knowledge on how individuals can protect themselves. This book outlines common sense measures; laying out things to do, things not to do, things to remember, things to watch out for, and to observe in order to reduce citizen's vulnerability to terrorist acts.

Putting the notion into the readers' mind that they need to take ownership of their safety and not to depend on the government to totally protect them, Kelley leaves them with a straightforward reminder. "If you become a hostage, do not expect the Delta Force or Navy Seal Team 6 to rescue you. Surviving a hostage ordeal may depend on you keeping your wits, things you learn from reading this book, faith in yourself and faith in your God."
