Coldwell Banker Smith Homes Launches Luxury Home Magazine

Due to the high number of luxury homes on the market in the Biloxi Bay area, Coldwell Banker Smith Homes, Realtors recently released a glossy magazine featuring a plethora of waterfront luxury properties. They are the first area brokerage to publish a luxury home magazine.

"Our demographic is out-of-state higher-end clients looking for luxury homes," said Lynn Wade, broker sales associate at Coldwell Banker Smith Homes, Realtors, who won the International President's Elite award in 2016. "The magazine illustrates what living on the coast is all about."

The magazine, which includes high-resolution color photographs and property descriptions, features upscale listings in Bayou Savolle, Maurepas Landing, Langley Point, Lake Villa, Gulf Hills, Toscana and the Arbor. It also lists lots, land and commercial properties. It is available for free at the Coldwell Banker Smith Homes, Realtors office, 6913 Washington Ave., Ocean Springs, MS. The magazine can also be mailed and is distributed at local casinos, spas and golf courses.

"The Mississippi Gulf Coast has a ton of amenities that the rest of the country is just now finding out about. The movie industry has discovered it in the last two years, and has made numerous films here," concludEd Wade. "Additionally, the cost of living is fantastic compared to other areas. Ocean Springs, which was recently named the most beautiful city in Mississippi, is also within two hours of New Orleans and Florida beaches. We have had casinos for several years, and now professional baseball. We are on the Gulf and have rivers and bayous everywhere, and lots of arts of all types."
