A writer can only dream that one of their novels becomes reality. In author Clark Selby's new western novel, "Where's my Wife?" the main character's published novel unexpectedly mirrors the real world when his wife goes missing.

Set in the 1800's, Selby's book tells the story of Rocky Stone, a highly successful writer of dime novels. In one of Stone's stories, Kidnapped off the Mississippi Queen, he writes about a man's wife being kidnapped and describes how it was done. The mystery begins as someone uses Stone's plan from his book to kidnap his own wife off of the riverboat, The Pride of St. Louis.

"Where's my Wife?" is filled with interesting plot twists, suspense and adventure as Stone seeks to find the culprit who kidnapped his wife. Will this wicked game play out as he documented in his novel or will Stone perform a heroic rescue to save his wife?

Selby said, "This novel will leave readers on the edge of their seats as they try to predict what will happen next in Stone's wild goose chase to find his wife."
