Participating plays will compete for the 1st place "JacK Gilbert Award," to be accompanied by a cash prize. Gilbert, a distinguished Christian writer and writing coach in Hollywood, was a long-time advocate of fusing mainstream arts and entertainment with the Gospel message.

There will also be 4 Columbus-area food trucks present to provide food for the festival; Mojo Tago, Red Plate Blue Plate, En Place, and Empanadas and More.
