Anna Kendrick, Anna Camp to Return for PITCH PERFECT 3

According to The Holllywood Reporter, Anna Camp, Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson have all signed on for the third installment of Universal's musical comedy franchise PITCH PERFECT. All three actors will reprise their roles as members of the a cappella singing group the Barden Bellas.

According to the report, Trish Sie will helm the film, featuring a script by Kay Cannon, with the most recent draft written by Mike White. The movie is set to hit theaters on December 22, 2017 from Universal. It will be produced by Paul Brooks of Gold Circle Entertainment and Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks of Brownstone Productions.

Pitch Perfect 2 opened in May 2015 and set a record as the highest-grossing movie-musical opening of all time, delivering $287.5 million at the global box office.

Anna Camp will soon be seen in Amazon's Good Girls REVOLT and recently appeared in the latest Woody Allen film, Cafe Society. She also guest-starred on season two of Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
