Andrea shares that she was born and raised in St. Catherine, Jamaica, in a Christian home by both of her parents. She became involved in church at a young age. She says, "I have always embraced the word of God and kept it close to my heart."

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Andrea Hinds's new book talks about a girl who has been through a life of disappointment, fear, abuse, and most of all, deceit. She struggled for what she wanted, but it is also a story of overcoming.

After having been beaten down, at the very bottom where life could not get any worse, one needs to realize that in every bad situation there is power to become a conqueror. The victim can be elevated to a victor, and see the goodness of God revealed.

They will see how the author was delivered from an abusive relationship, and healed of a terrible sickness. The author found peace at her lowest point when the people that she thought loved and cared for her turned their backs on her. She looked to the hills from whence cometh help.

She was delivered, she was set free. God gave her strength when she was weak. He calmed fears, He provided the opportunity to overcome, to conquer. As a conqueror, she could see the reward of faith and prayer. She prayed and God answered.
