Exposing the desensitization author Anah Jochebed sees rampant in today's religious community, what she calls "the continuous circumference of Hell since the beginning of time," the new book "Crimes of Faith" (published by Trafford Publishing) is filled with stream-of-consciousness prose discussing themes of faith, tyranny, wisdom and inner strength, among others.

Jochebed pairs her writings with verses from the Bible and other religious texts to bring the reader to a deeper understanding of what it means to have faith and obey social and moral rules from a Christian perspective.

Jochebed says "Crimes of Faith" dives deep into the dark consciousness, shedding light, truth, freedom and God's true presence upon readers. She hopes it will inspire each individual, bringing meaning, purpose and direction with the right to pursue one's destiny, setting one on his or her path, as was intended.

An excerpt from "Crimes of Faith":

"If he bear armor, courage, and fortitude, before he travel,
in which he may play, in the wilderness, in paradise.
Doth he bring bread, in which to eat, and water for thirst.
And if he is pursued, captured, and confined,
can he find himself out.
Doth he bear his sword with him,
Doth he bear light, in which provideth the way,
can he hear, in which way I speak, and speak in My tongue?"
