Body for Golf is the newest program by professional golf trainer, Susan Hill, for amateur golfers who have longed to know how some of the top touring pros have risen to the top and continue to keep their bodies producing at a consistently high level of golf performance.

The program aims to challenge golfers to improve both their bodies and their golf game through a six week golf fitness program that includes exercises, stretches and nutritional strategies aimed at championship performance.

Susan Hill, a professional golf fitness trainer and author of Body for Golf, remarked, "I wanted to put together a guide of simple, effective exercises and stretches, any golfer can do that could have an immediate impact on their game." The Body for Golf program is recommended for anyone who wants to look great and play great to improve physical well-being and reach their full golf potential. Hill continued," I wanted to make sure golfers had more than a trainer on their side, but someone who had worked with pros and had real life experience at helping golfers improve."

Mike Henson, a 9.2-handicapper, said that he had been searching for better distance off the tee and increased accuracy and, after just a few workouts, Body for Golf is getting him there. "I began looking for a program that could get me to the next level. After trying Body for Golf I got a lot more flexible and I improved my shoulder turn at least 30 to 40%". "It's amazing how my weak areas are now growing stronger and allowing me to hit shots with far more accuracy and power, and much less effort."

Body for Golf is being offered as an instant golf specific downloadable program dedicated to amateurs at http://bodyforgolf.net/bodyforgolf/. For more information on the program you can visit the website or send an email to info(at)bodyforgolf(dot)net.
