Many people are disconnected from themselves, from others, from their environment, and even from God. They don't seem to know how to connect their heads with their hearts, their words with their actions, or their minds with their bodies. When the mind, body and soul are not connected, every aspect of one's being changes, which ultimately leads to poor physical, emotional and spiritual health. How can this issue be addressed? Author Anne Borik, D.O., comes up with something that she knows, without a shadow of doubts, will work and is very good for the human spirit and she introduces it to everyone in her new revealing book, Prayer Prescribed: A Path to Restoring and Preserving your health and well-being.

This book is designed to introduce readers to and empower them with the tools that will help pave the way toward connecting their mind, body and soul. It is a beneficial book that will help readers to learn how to manage stress from a Christian perspective, and it proves that they can change their life, reduce their stress level, enhance their prayer life, increase their energy level, kick start their weight loss goals and restore the balance in their life that they really need. Prayer Prescribed: A Path to Restoring and Preserving your health and well-being presents not a New Age program, but a system anchored in Scripture that incorporates the breath with movement, prayer and music called Sign Chi Do, which is intended to be grounded in Christian values.

Revealing, beneficial and very inspiring, Prayer Prescribed: A Path to Restoring and Preserving your health and well-being is an engaging read everyone will surely find enjoyable and spiritually nourishing.
