Howard Alan Events will kick off its summer tour with the debut of the Downtown Glenwood Springs Art Festival at Grand Avenue in downtown Glenwood Springs. This historic community will provide a new and exciting venue to the 2014 Colorado tour with its diverse shops, galleries, restaurants and outdoor gathering spots.
