Red Giant Entertainment Launches New Graphic Novel Line at Free Comic Book Day
ORLANDO, FL(Marketwired - May 8, 2014) - Red Giant Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: REDG), an innovative Intellectual Property company specializing in high quality characters and content for use in a variety of media and entertainment, is pleased to announce that the Company's newest comics received tremendous interest and response in their debut at the international Free Comic Book Day event which took place this past Saturday, May 3rd, 2014 at over 2600 participating comic book shops worldwide..
"We had several clear goals with launching our Giant-Size line in this manner," stated Benny Powell, CEO, Red Giant Entertainment. "Obviously we wanted readers and retailers to see the strength of our lineup. With the overwhelming response from readers, retailers and even critics, we succeeded. Also of great importance was the ability to demonstrate to advertisers, who will be supporting the ongoing initiative later this year, how powerful advertising with us would be. Advertisers in these books included: Capcom, Diamond Comics Distributors, Gamestop, DK Publishing's Lego Movie Books, BBC America and Carbine Studios. The advertisers were featured in limited edition #0 issues titled Giant-Size Action #0, Giant-Size Adventure #0, Giant-Size Fantasy #0, and Giant-Size Thrills #0.

The Company's four #0 issue titles, nearly 400,000 copies total, were gone from most comics shops worldwide in the first few hours, including the large stockpiles of its titles at the Company's various artist signing locations.
