Loeschner Art Competition at Meijer Gardens Now Accepting Entries

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park is accepting two-dimensional entries for the annual Ray and Nancy Loeschner Art Competition.
In celebrating its 12th year, the competition welcomes artists from across the state and around the globe. Through the generosity of the Loeschner family, the winning entry will be awarded a prize of $5,000 and will become part of Meijer Gardens' permanent collection.
Artists are encouraged to submit original works inspired by Meijer Gardens. To participate, digital images and prints as well as the application form must be submitted by November 1. If selected as a finalist, Meijer Gardens will request delivery of the original artwork on November 11. The winner will be chosen by January 5.
Since 2002, the Loeschner Art Completion has sought outstanding artwork inspired by Meijer Gardens.
