Hyde Park Village Art Fair Celebrates 25 Years This Weekend

Tampa, FL -- Preparations are well underway for Hyde Park Village's popular springtime art festival. This two-day event showcases the finest work of the country's leading artists including top local talent. Art enthusiasts can expect to see many familiar faces as well as new and emerging artists. The art on display and for sale will represent a wide variety of media and appeal to many tastes and budgets. More than 150 top national artists will display their finest work, transforming Hyde Park Village into an outdoor art gallery. Enjoy live music and register for the free art giveaway.

The 25th Anniversary Hyde Park Village Art Fair will take place this weekend, March 22 - 23, Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm at Hyde Park Village, along Swann and Dakota Avenues in downtown Tampa - Navigational Address: 1622 Snow Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. Festival patrons will have the opportunity to register for the free art giveaway featuring the work of participating artist Mark G. Pericot. This fine art photographer is a world traveler who is inspired by the beauty of the colonial and medieval doors he encounters. His intention is to capture and share a small part of the culture, beauty and history of each image, Pericot hopes others will discover the world of doors through his work. The giveaway prize, a 24"x 36" canvas print of "Promenade dans la Vieille Ville" (French Riviera) and valued at $450, will be on display at Pericot's booth during the festival where registration will take place.
