George Street Playhouse today announced the cast of Rob Urbinati's Mama's Boy, which runs October 18 through November 6 at the New Brunswick theatre. Betsy Aidem (Broadway's All the Way, GSP's God of Carnage) stars as Marguerite Oswald, the headstrong mother of Lee Harvey Oswald, played by Michael Goldsmith (TV's Doctor Who, Gotham).

According to the Chicago Tribune, Patty Andrews, last surviving member of the acclaimed pop group the Andrews Sisters, died today, January 30, 2013. She was 94. Her sister Maxene died in 1995, and her sister LaVerne died in 1967.

The Paper Mill Playhouse production will slide into Seattle this April. The creative team includes direction by Mark S. Great Entertainers on Broadway, a summer series of live performances scheduled for late July and early August at the Times Square Arts Center (TSAC) has been cancelled, it was announced today by Herbert G. Goldman, the series producer.
